Hani Madani was sworn in as a lawyer in 2016 and primarily practises in civil and commercial law, both in advisory matters and litigation. He has developed a practice grounded in rigour, strategic thinking, and personalised support tailored to his clients’ needs.
He is the author of several scholarly articles in both civil and commercial law.
Holding a certificate in criminal cassation proceedings, he is also involved in complex and sensitive cases that require an in-depth mastery of legal reasoning and advocacy.
As an accredited mediator in civil and commercial matters and an accredited collaborative law practitioner, he favours alternative dispute resolution methods focused on negotiation, dialogue, and the pursuit of sustainable and pragmatic solutions.
Deeply committed to training and education, he serves as a trainer in communication and negotiation at the Brussels Bar Institute of Communication, and as a teaching assistant in civil law at the Université libre de Bruxelles.
Actively involved in the life of the Bar, Hani Madani is a member of several committees of the French-speaking Bar of Brussels. He was elected Commissioner of the Conference of the Young Bar of Brussels in 2022 and became Vice-President in 2025.
A recipient of the “Adam & Eve” Eloquence Award, he places particular importance on clarity, precision, and the persuasive power of speech.
He also regularly appears as a legal columnist in the media, where he provides clear and nuanced analysis of contemporary legal issues.
