Upon closure of your file, it is archived, together with the personal data contained therein. Your file is destroyed 5 years after the matter is closed unless a dispute arises and data retention is necessary for that purpose.

As a data subject, you have the right to request access to and rectification or erasure of your personal data, the restriction of processing and the right to data portability.
You have the right to object to such processing of your data for reasons relating to your particular situation.
