Karim Sedad’s practice is mainly focused on general criminal law, corporate criminal law, business law and Belgian competition law.
He advises private individuals and businesses and assists them in contentious matters before the French-speaking criminal, civil and commercial courts, as well as before the various administrative authorities.
The defence of social and human values is undoubtedly a guiding principle in Karim Sedad’s professional practice and he pays close attention to the respect of fundamental rights and freedoms.
After completing his studies in France, he moved to Brussels and earned a master’s degree in Law at the Université Libre de Bruxelles (ULB).
He joined the Brussels Bar in 2016, following several years of experience as a lawyer in corporate law firms, companies and NGO’s.
He has further strengthened his expertise and as of 2019, holds an LL.M. degree in Competition Law from the Brussels School of Competition (BSC).
He holds a Certificate of Criminal Cassation (year of issue: 2018).
